Telefon santralleri günümüzde firmalar tarafından şirket içi haberleşmeyi gerçekleştirmek için tercih ediliyor. Telefon kablolarının bağlanmasıyla birçok telefon arasında ücretsiz iletişime olanak tanıyor. Kullanıcılar kendilerine verilen kısa kodları (abone numaralarını) tuşlayarak birbirleriyle ve dış hatlarla kolayca konuşabiliyor.

Şimdi santrali parçalarına ayırıp nasıl çalıştığına yakından bakalım. Telefon Santraline gelen elektrik akımı ilk olarak güç devresine ulaşır. Güç devresi üzerindeki mekanizma sayesinde elektrik sinyalini tüm sisteme yayar. Ana karta gelen bu sinyal işlemcide toplanır. İşlemci, cihazın beynidir. İç hatların tüm şifreleri, dış hatlar ve tüm abonelik ayarları burada kayıt altındadır. Telefon kabloları abonelik kartları üzerindeki soket yerlerine takılır. Çok sayıda telefondan gelen bağlantılar tek bir soket üzerinde toplanabilir.

Switchboards are preferred by companies today for in-company communication. It enables free communication between many phones by connecting telephone cables. Users can easily talk to each other and to external lines by dialing the short codes (subscriber numbers) given to them.

 

A telephone exchange consists mainly of five parts.

 

•Power circuit

•Mainboard

•Subscriber card

•Line card

•Feeding units

 

Now let's disassemble the power plant and take a closer look at how it works. The electric current coming to the telephone exchange first reaches the power circuit. It spreads the electrical signal to the whole system thanks to the mechanism on the power circuit. This signal coming to the mainboard is collected in the processor. The processor is the brain of the device. All passwords for domestic lines, international lines and all subscription settings are recorded here. Telephone cables are inserted into the socket places on the subscription cards. Connections from multiple phones can be collected on a single socket.
